Meet Our Founder, Kirsten Vogel

Born and raised in Miami, FL, festive celebrations were a huge part of my upbringing. I have always been excited for and inspired by events, especially weddings. When it was time for my own walk down the aisle, I planned every single detail, from the lush floral arrangements to the table linens and settings. 

Through the years, I attended and hosted many events. I also planned weddings, baby showers, and sat on committees for many high-profile charity events. Once I became a mom to my two daughters, I naturally ventured into planning their birthday parties. 

All of my events came with their own theme and story, and I always strived to make them all different from the next, selecting unique details to differentiate every celebration. Making each event was made special by including some sort of take away or swag bag. It seemed like a career as an event planner was in the cards for me, but my busy lifestyle of being a mom and a wife made that impossible. Still, I wanted to establish something that allowed me to create and spread the joy of celebrations. Once I realized that I had been doing that exact thing for years, I began to create ideas for specialty custom boxes. One idea rolled into another and that spark of inspiration became a reality. I quickly received interest and began doing projects for many wonderful brands. And that is how we came to be the GoldieBox Boutique!
